The first Dublin OpenCoffee Club was a whole lot of fun and I met some great people there. I’m going to call the next one for Thursday, 22 March. If you came to the last one, please come again. If you missed the last one, now is your chance. If you think you might be interested, but you’re not really sure, stick your head in the door and see if you like the look of us!
For me, OpenCoffee Clubs are a great excuse to get together with like-minded people and generally just hang out. But if you’ve got an agenda (like you want to demo a new product or you’re looking for business partners), that’s cool too. In fact it’s encouraged. I’ll announce the venue next week, but I think the Morrison worked very well last time, so maybe we should stick with that. I’m really looking forward to it.
If you’re closer to Cork than you are to Dublin, you might consider heading that way tomorrow. Conor O’Neill is holding an OpenCoffe Club in Luigi Malone’s in Cork City. Looks like there’ll be a good bunch going.

sounds good, I’ll be around anyhow.
Cool beans Eoghan, big chance I’ll pop in to this one as well.
Any chance of a Saturday one for those of us who have to do the 9-5 thing or perhaps an evening thing?
Hi Ciaran,
You’re not the only one to request this. If you call a Saturday or evening event, I’ll be there!

[…] Dublin’s second OpenCoffee Club will be held in The Morrison Hotel this Thursday, 22 March at 9AM. All are welcome. The first one was a whole lot of fun but the group was relatively small. From the feedback I’ve got so far for this second event, I expect it to be at least twice as big with some new names and faces planning to come. […]
